Chapter 34 The Demon saw Rex

Arriving at their owner's house. The three women had the look of failure on their faces. That made them feel like they were about to get kicked out. They truly loved their master. Yes, he had fallen but he did not fall from taking care of the demons.

The three slowly headed to where the master was. The master seeing the unconscious lower demon laughed loudly. The women did not know what to think.

"Did you three have to scare him silly for him to come over?"

The look of their master was genuine. He truly thought they had to scare him to get him to leave the area he was in.

"We got angry and forced our true selves out. He then also did the same. Once we had ended our transformations, he passed out." The first demon woman said.

Their master looked at them. He knew he had sent the right women, they never truly got mad but when they did. He was surprised that it only ended like this.

"That was why I chose you three. Congratulations on a job well done."

The women did not know if he was being truthful or playing with them. They thanked him and carried the lower demon into a room that their master already prepared.

"He already has the short transformation of the first seat. How will he deal with the others?"

Awakening up that night, the lower demon became startled. He did not know where he was. Rolling off the bed he found his suitcase with what little things he had.

*Crack*

The lower demon rubbed the back of his head.

When he looked to see what hit him, he saw the helmet. He did not know why he was here. One thing was for sure, he was going to see the person named Rex.

Putting the helmet on, he entered Earth. Seeing the technological world. The lower demon thought that even this helmet was nothing in front of this world.

It did not take him long to visit the entirety of the planet. He found wonderful food, the best scenery, weird acting skills, strangest ancient buildings, nothing of that mattered until he found a girl.

That girl happened to be Violet. He found her to be amazing. Even though she was currently back in her world. The demon felt a good sense of accomplishment.

"Is this what people call 'finding love' here?" The lower demon spoke.

Going from room to room, he finally found a young man. He knew that most people would not worry about trivial things but he knew the person in front of him was extremely dangerous.

"So this guy is supposed to be the Saint!" The lower demon flashed his eyes.

He left. He did not care about what would happen to him. There were plenty of chances that he could fight him.

Returning back to the demon's house

The lower demon took off his helmet. He gently hugged the helmet. He knew that this was a blessing and an even worse curse.

They could invade the planet. They could get an early advantage. What if they lost the advantage or the planet got technology to fight against them?

These questions began to popup in the lower demon's head.

It was not much longer until the door opened up. He saw the three women whom he met earlier.

"Our High Ranked Demon Master wishes to meet you."

The lower demon smiled. He finally had an idea of what was going on.

He finally came face to face with the High Ranked Demon. The room he was in had nothing but different pictures of him in his military general uniform.

Some had him with victories, some with major losses, but the key thing in all of them. The lower demon saw he never gave up in the fight.

The lower demon looked at him now. Seeing the absolute defeat in his eyes. The lower demon did not try to pry.

"These photos are nothing more than what a great demon should be. I am not a great demon. I only did what I was told."

Hearing the High Ranked Demon, the lower demon did not think that at all.

"These photos all show the greatness of yourself. You do not have the person in line to unleash your greatness. I cannot and will not say I can. I hope you will let me stay here a little longer. I have seen the 'new' person. I believe we can come to an understanding. Looking at the difference between our worlds. We will lose no matter what happens."

The lower demon held his head down and took a few breaths.

"I know people do not want anything to do with us demons. Yes, we will do anything to gain strength and power. Does everyone else also do that? Why are we held down in the dirt when they are guilty too? I say we get the Saint and throw him here and let him grow. He will see the difference in living with nothing and living with everything."

This little speech was one the original High Ranked 1 Demon Seat had told him before. Now that the High Ranked 6 Demon Seat heard it again. He was willing to go through it.

"In my lifetime, I dreamed of only hearing that once. I have heard the same speech again. I hope you truly let your dream come true."

With that, the both of them talked. The women around the High Ranked Demon were much happier seeing that their master was happy. They would not ever forget the happiness this lower demon brought.

Leaving both of them alone. The women went and fixed drinks for them. It was not the greatest drink that the Demon Realm had but it was their master's favorite. It was not his favorite by any means it was his favorite drink to share with the High Ranked 1 Demon Seat.

With the drinks brought out, everyone enjoyed what little time before the lower demon had to go.
